Instructions for Use

Modelling Multiplication Facts allows students to use arrays to model multiplication problems.

To use Modeling Multiplication Facts, click on “New Problem” or “Make Problem” to begin. Choosing New Problem will show a multiplication problem and a corresponding array. It will also how the problem can be broken into smaller parts with a new array and multiplication problem. Enter the product in the white box and hit “enter”. Choosing Make a Problem allows you to change the dimensions of the arrays and the problem. Once you have chosen a problem, enter the product in the white box and hit “enter”.
