Measures gives students the opportunity to determine capacity in millilitres.
Teaching Measures is an interactive site you can use with the whole class to practise measuring capacity in litres and millilitres. The site also includes some other measurement practise. Select “Capacity” from the list of options, then select “Class capacity (l’s and ml’s)”. Ensure the measurements are covered by the “l” and “ml” signs and show the screen to the class. Ask what the capacity is in litres and millilitres. Click the question mark button to get another question.
