Instructions for Use

Dividing Two-Digit by One-Digit Numbers allows students to see division with remainders, and multiplication being used to check each equation.

Click “Okay” and then “Next” to see the 2-digit number be divided by the 1-digit number.

Modelling Division allows students to solve problems involving three-digit numbers divided by one- and two-digit numbers and/or to see them solved using an array.

Click “New Problem” and follow the instructions to type in a divisor and a three-digit dividend. Solve the problem on your own, then click “Divide” to see the division question modelled using an array. You will use an array to model division.
