Comparing Metric Lengths helps your child compare metric unit lengths.

To use Comparing Metric Lengths, click the 'Start' button. Two metric units of measure will appear in the two text fields. Click on one of the answer buttons 'Longer', 'Same As', or 'Shorter' to make the comparison. The answer appears in a pop-up box. Correct and incorrect scores are tallied on the screen.

 

Converting Metric Measurements lets your child relate kilometres to other metric units of measure.

 

To use Converting Metric Measurements, type a number into the text field beside the metric unit to convert. Click the 'Convert' button.
