Instructions for UseUsing Counters prompts your child to describe division by sharing. Have your child read and follow the step-by-step questions. Click on the "Let's Practice!" link at the bottom of the Web page to practice sharing through division. Division Machine prompts your child to divide 1 and 2 digits by 1 digit. To use Division Machine, click on Level 1. Input the answer in the text box and click 'Check' to see if it is correct. Try Level 2 to test more division skills. Level 3 is more challenging for your child. Level 3 practices division of 2 or 3 digit numbers by 2 digit numbers. Division of larger numbers is taught at a higher grade level. |
