Instructions for UseCrossing the Swamp lets students use numbers and symbols ( +, -, =) to write complete number sentences, and solve addition and subtraction problems. To use Crossing the Swamp, click
on the addition and button, and the 0-20 button. Click on a log that is
flashing. This is the log Little Ron will move to. Now click on the correct
operation sign on the calculator, and then click on the correct number
on the calculator.
Basic Addition lets students solve addition problems. To use Basic Addition, choose the first number. Choose the second number. Click the "Find Sum" button. Click the "Next" button for a new question.
Basic Addition Exercise lets students solve addition problems. To use Basic Addition Exercise, count the bugs on the first leaf. Input the answer in the first text box. Count the bugs on the second leaf. Input the answer in the second text box. Count the bugs on the third leaf. Input the answer in the third text box. Click the "Next" button for a new question.
Basic Subtraction lets students solve subtraction problems. To use Basic Subtraction, click the "Start New" Button. Count the counters and click the "Subtract" button. |
