Lesson 4 - Patterns in an Addition Table
To encourage your child to have fun on the Web while learning about Patterns in an Addition Table, here are some games and interactive activities they can do on their own or in pairs.

Identify and use patterns in an addition table.
Instructions for Use
Addition Surprise lets your child use patterns in an addition table.
To use Addition Surprise, have your child drag the number tile to a square where the row and column add up to the number.
Interactive Addition Table prompts your child to create patterns in an addition table.
To use Interactive Addition Table, input two numbers, between 0 and 12, in the text boxes to add together. Press the 'Enter' button.
Math Tables lets your child find patterns in an addition table.
To use Math Tables, click on the 'Play the Game' button. In each square, input the solutions to the row and column problems. Click the 'Submit' button to check the answers. Have your child notice different patterns in the table by looking at the columns, rows, and on the diagonal.
